Island Operating is actively seeking experienced Lease Operator to join our team supporting oil and gas operations in West Texas and New Mexico.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of production operating experience
Experience operating and maintaining production equipment
Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
Must be able to safely work in H₂S environments
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with operations personnel
